Integrated Partners Aligns with Accountancy to Form DK Wealth

By Alex Padalka September 11, 2020

The RIA Integrated Partners says it has partnered with the California accountancy Duffy Kruspodin to form a new wealth management practice that incorporates financial advisors with Certified Public Accountants. The new entity will operate as DK Wealth Management.

Josh Bodenstadt will lead the new partnership for DK and Kris Lindley for Integrated, according to a press release from Integrated.

The 30-year-old DK has 180 employees and 15 partners working in offices in Woodland Hills, Beverly Hills and the San Diego area, Integrated says.

Founded in 1996, Integrated has 150 financial advisors and 127 CPA firm partners and has its regional sub-headquarters in San Diego, according to the press release.

“A large part of the Integrated Partners model, if not the cornerstone of the entire model, is our unique ability to identify synergies between advisors and CPAs, and then to facilitate their ongoing collaboration on behalf of clients — we’ve been doing it for twenty-five years,” Paul Saganey, Integrated’s founder and CEO, says in the press release. “The benefits to all parties are undeniable.”

The two firms’ union is the latest partnership under the Integrated CPA Alliance, formed in 1996 to help financial advisors and CPAs work together to serve high-net-worth and business owner clients, Integrated says.
