LPL Financial says it has unveiled a new tool aimed at saving its financial advisors time preparing for client meetings.
Meeting Manager, as the new tool is called, works as a centralized platform where advisors can gather documents across multiple systems and customize them for upcoming meetings, according to LPL.
Streamlining preparation for client meetings is aimed at saving advisors time. The company says advisors report often spending hours and using an average of six different applications to prepare for a single meeting.
“Not only can advisors gain a significant amount of time back into their day, they have the ability to make meetings more personalized and productive for their clients,” Kirby Horan-Adams, LPL Financial executive vice president, Advisor Solutions, says in a statement.
Meeting Manager integrates with LPL’s advisor technology workstation ClientWorks, the company says.
LPL puts a huge emphasis on technology enhancements at the firm. Advisors joining LPL from competitors repeatedly cite the firm’s technology offerings, and ClientWorks in particular, as a major reason why they switch firms.
